If you want to up- or downgrade your subscription you can do this from your account page. Log in to my account and navigate to your subscription overview:
Navigate to the subscription you want to up- or downgrade and click the 'upgrade or downgrade' button
Select the plan you want to upgrade to and add this to your your cart.
The system will automatically calculate the price difference you have to pay now, and the renewal date will stay the same:

You always get an invoice after a successful transfer.
First of all, we're sorry to see you go. You can easily cancel your subscription via you my account page. Navigate to 'subscriptions' and select the one you want to cancel. It will automatically end at the end of your payment cycle. You can always choose to extend it via the same route.
